User Experience Designer

We are looking for a mid to senior level UX designer with B2B experience that can take our product to the next level. We hope to find a well-rounded individual to complement our existing design team who can assist with conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translate them into user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product to ensure a great user experience. It is extremely helpful if the designer is experienced in working cross-functionally with product owners to help refine design ideas and then translate them into technical requirements for development teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences on a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Utilize our design system to establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications —working closely to see the design through to development
- Communicate complex, interactive design ideas across different audiences and varying levels of the organization, including C-level executives
**Basic Requirements**
- 5+ years of UX design experience in B2B companies
- Expertise in standard UI/UX software, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio or samples of work is required
**Preferred Requirements**
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript understanding that informs design and interaction decisions
- Experience in banking, fintech, or large company software systems with deep analytical complexity
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability
- An understanding of accessibility compliance standards
