**Are you a seasoned Principal Recruitment Consultant?**

Crone Corkill is part of RGF Staffing UK. Since 1979, they have taken the time to get to know people and businesses personally, to understand their individual needs and motivations. That very ethos extends to the Recruitment Consultants that join our team.

We’re looking for Finance or Business Support experts to join us. For this role experience as a 360 Finance Consultant or a 360 Business Support Consultant is a must. We’re open to meeting people with experience running both Temp and Perm desks.

You'll be working as part of a fun and collaborative team in our Holborn office 3 days a week, with 2 days at home.

**Autonomy at work, with common objectives**:

- Lead business development activity for your desk approaching clients for the first time or by working with clients to expand our scope of service.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders and role model great recruitment practices.
- Working with C Suit stakeholders to fill the critical roles in their team.
- Keep clients informed about current market trends and cross-sell our other amazing services and products.

**We’re hunting for the very best**:

- With experience in recruiting within Finance, either Qualified or Part Qualified or withing Business Support
- Approachable, relatable and with great communication skills.
- Great with time management and orgnisation skills.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
