**Temporary Accommodation Officer (Tenancy Sign-Ups) Enfield Council**

**3 - 6+ Month Ongoing Contract**

**Essentials**:

- Tenancy sign up experience
- Previous experience with in temporary accommodations.

**Job Role**:

- Housing Gateway Ltd and Enfield Let Ltd are seeking two motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Temporary Accommodation Tenancy Sign-Up Officer.
- In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient and proactive sign-up service for tenants, ensuring compliance with national and corporate policies, procedures, and statutory legislation. You will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a positive and professional image.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively engaging with tenants, including vulnerable or challenging individuals.
- Utilize our digital sign-up system, Nitro, to assist tenants in completing their Enfield Let tenancy or licence agreements.
