We are seeking to recruit an experienced Court Officer. The Court Team are responsible for preparing cases for escalation to court, including all court documentation, and presenting cases at court.

You must have experience of preparing and presenting housing possession cases at court. A detailed understanding of the pre-action protocol for social housing claims, an in-depth knowledge of relevant housing legislation, including benefits, debts and welfare reforms.

You must be numerate and have experience of dealing with account enquiries within a housing or finance environment. You will be IT literate, have credit control or debt management experience.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with an ability to organise your own workload, within a target driven environment. You must also be customer focused, a good team player and be able to work well with others.
