Within this role, you will predominantly be focused on the procurement of Accessories components for our Special Vehicle Operations, from original project start up all the way to project finish, ensuring a booming project life cycle is built. As the benchmark in vehicle personalisation, Special Operations is also home to our suite of exceptional commissioning services, including SV Bespoke, Accessories and SV Premium Palette for the ultimate in tailored vehicle finishes and hand-crafted details.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an individual, you will be expected to best perform for our various projects within SVO, this will be successfully performed through:

- Strategy & Sourcing - Responsible for the execution of commodity and supplier strategy and the effective operational relationships with designated suppliers
- Cost Management - Manage all new Model Programme introduction of designated commodity/system, including contracted supplier obligations, production readiness and resolution of any commercial and/or programme issues/risks, being responsible for robust delivery to target cost
- Supplier Relationships - Participate in Supplier Business Reviews with your suppliers to develop supplier relationships in accordance with the supplier segmentation model
- Act as the primary interface with Product Engineering Module Leaders / Senior Managers for designated commodities/systems, to ensure cross-functional alignment on quality, cost, delivery and time requirements post SCPA
- A strong communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders to influence cross-functional engagement

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Essential:

- Can deliver complex supply chain solutions in a fast paced, high-pressured manufacturing environment
- Previous procurement experience and a strong numerical knowledge to meet the needs of our project demands
- Ability to identify opportunities for creating value in a commodity or commodities
- A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas to our various stakeholders successfully
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
