Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all finishing works on the construction site, including joinery, painting, plastering, tiling, and other finishing works as required.
- Supervise and manage a team of finishing tradesmen, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement project schedules and plans for finishing works, and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with other site managers and subcontractors to ensure that finishing works are completed in a timely and coordinated manner.
- Ensure that all finishing works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, and that all relevant documentation is completed and up to date.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular progress reports and attend site meetings with clients and other stakeholders as required.
- Manage and maintain site records, including site diaries, records of work completed, and any other relevant documentation.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role, preferably in the UK construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works, including joinery, painting, plastering, and tiling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Good organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good IT skills, with the ability to use construction management software and other relevant tools.

**Salary**: £25,339.89-£48,406.32 per year
