**Research Culture Survey Project Officer**:
**This role will be based on the University Campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.**

As part of our ongoing work to embed a positive, inclusive research culture we need to collect qualitative information to help us evaluate our progress, in the format of short pulse surveys. Existing surveys are often long and laborious to complete, trying to cover everything in one go. They are also difficult to analyse and draw out the information we need. Survey data is an important part of the evaluation and reporting on several action plans including our Concordat action plan and Athena Swan submissions, as well as emerging strategies in research culture and new qualitative approaches to measuring institutional KPIs.

This role will sit in the Researcher Development and Culture (RDC) team within Academic Practice in OD&PL. You will work closely with the RDC Team Leader, and colleagues from our Research Culture Team. This is an exciting time to join OD&PL as we lead and deliver professional development for staff throughout the University and support projects and initiatives to realise the University’s strategic goals.
