**Crossroads Derbyshire provides domestic abuse services to adults, children and young people across the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales.**

**We are a fast-growing, passionate domestic abuse service who puts survivors at the heart of everything we do. We serve a large rural community - supporting adults and children in Derbyshire and beyond. We strive to prevent abuse by raising awareness and promoting change that lasts.**

Male and Female Group Facilitators (Changes Perpetrator Programme)

The Changes Project is a Respect Accredited structured programme-based intervention for both male and female perpetrators of domestic abuse, assessed as medium or standard risk, who have acknowledged their behaviour and demonstrated a desire to change. Working alongside a Partner Safety Worker to ensure our survivors and their children are at the heart of the intervention. You will deliver a programme that aims to hold perpetrators of domestic abuse to account, support individuals to reduce incidents of abuse and help develop skills and strategies to engage in healthy, non-abusive relationships.

We are looking for male and female group facilitators who can work empathetically, within strict professional boundaries, and are committed to building strong relationships with a wide range of professional agencies.

**Salary Scale NJC point 18: £27,344 (rising within NJC Scale 6 with successful appraisal)**

Service Location: The post holder will work with our clients across the High Peak or Derbyshire Dales but will be based in our advice centre in Glossop.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Closing date: Monday 19th June
