Bennett and Game Recruitment have the pleasure of working with a well-established, British Construction Company in Kent, who have recently started searching for a talented Senior Architect to join they're hardworking, office based team. Our client aftersome careful consideration have decided their team are in need of a highly competent Architect to assist with their surge in workload. Being a successful, Regional Design and Build Contractor, they specialise within the Commercial and Industrial sectors, andconsistently provide a professional service to their clients. This has resulted in an outstanding reputation for their services. Further to this our client are not just restricted to the commercial and industrial sector, projects within the Aviation, Medical,Residential and Basement sectors are also shown in their vast portfolio.

The ideal Senior Architect is going to be office based to work in a cohesive working environment. As one of the only architecturally minded employees in the company, you will be taking the lead on this area of projects; this makes it essential that you aremore than competent working on projects within the Commercial and Industrial sectors. Our client are looking for someone who can work independently and hit the ground running, due to receiving the pass on a large project very recently, they are able to takesomeone on as soon as possible.

**Senior ArchitectPosition Overview**
- Working closely coordinating with a team as well as independently
- Produce concept designs and CGI visualisations
- Completing planning permissions and building regulation checks
- Possibility of some project managing
- Working closely and communication with Civil engineers, Structural Technicians etc.
- Completing projects within the Civil Engineering industry
- Daily usage of Revit and AutoCAD software's
- Potential site visits

**Senior ArchitectPosition Requirements**
- Relevant Qualification required
- Previous experience working for a main contractor / Design and Build firm / Construction or Civils company
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD software's
- Strong background and interest on projects within the Commercial and Industrial sectors
- An ability to produce CGI images, technical drawings and put schemes together independently
- Previous exposure to some project managing (advantageous)
- Specialised within the technical stages of projects
- Exposure to the Civil Engineering industry is advantageous
- Very good communication skills

**Senior ArchitectPosition Remuneration**
