Seeking a deep level Organisation Design specialist to join an incredibly fast-paced organisation operating within the fintech sector. The role will be a 12 month fixed term contract and they are seeking an Organisation Design Lead to work with senior leadersand executives to design, execute and lead teams through complex transformational change through the design and embedding of a new operating model

Responsibilities include:

- Work collaboratively with senior leaders to conduct a clear diagnostic of the business challenges and develop viable business cases around a new Operating Model and structure to enable business growth and diversification
- Engage with external partners and internal key stakeholders to design and embed solutions through the implementation of strategic and tactical transformation through TOM design, process re-engineering and customer journey re-design
- Work across multiple jurisdictions to identify opportunities for migrations/ location strategy / right sizing
- Utilise programme management skills to gain alignment to successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from initiation to completion
- Align Operating Model to business strategy ensuring that deliverables are tangible and constructure in a way to align and support strategy execution
- Quantify costs and benefits of solutions and contribute to the creation of business cases.
- Identify implementation risks and barriers to adoption to develop risk mitigation strategies to optimise the success of implementation.

Experience required:

- Deep level expertise in organisation design with evidence of OD delivery within global complex organisations gained either in a commercial organisation or working through a management consultancy
- Experience of diagnostic and design of Operating Models to re-align a business structure
- Highly commercial mind-set with strong financial acumen and a logical pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Future focused with a holistic and systemic approach
- Strong communication and the ability to interface with senior leaders and executives to drive strategy
- Comfort with ambiguity and helping leaders find clarity and direction
