**Salary**:£23,000 - £28,000 + On-target Earnings (OTE)

**What You'll Do**:

- Spark new business and hike membership sales among individuals and local businesses.
- Offer prospective members comprehensive insights into membership options, pricing, and benefits.
- Conduct facility tours, detail membership packages, and close sales.
- Cultivate positive relationships with existing members for retention and referral growth.
- Engage in networking and community events to elevate our presence.
- Maintain precise sales activity records and member information.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A proven sales track record, ideally within the fitness/health industry.
- Stellar communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-driven, team-oriented individual with a knack for meeting sales targets.
- Efficient in time management and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and health is highly desirable.
