**Salary**: £23,000 to £28,000 p/a + OTE

**Role**: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week

Monday to Sunday

**Job Role**:
***As a Membership Sales Consultant at Inferno Fitness you will play a fundamental role in driving our growth and success by attracting new members and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

You will be responsible for promoting our membership packages and services. You will engage with prospective members and guide them through the enrolment process. You are an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and result driven individual.

**Main duties**:

- Generate new business and increase membership sales to individual members and businesses in the Southwest London area.
- Attend networking events and other community events to build relationships and promote our gym and fitness facility to the community.
- Provide prospective members with detailed information about our gym and fitness facility, including membership options, pricing, and benefits.
- Meet with prospective members to conduct facility tours, explain membership options, and close membership sales.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns to drive membership sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a results-driven approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge and passion for fitness and health is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of local business community an advantage.
- Have good initiative and a high degree of self-motivation.
- Have resilience and a responsive can-do attitude and thrive on being a good team player.
