**About the Opportunity**:
We have an opening for a Business Support person, to join team.

This role works to support Jacobs on the Box Encapsulation Plant (BEP) Joint Venture (JV) working within D&RS and it's purpose is to provide business support to the Jacobs teams and to support information management systems.

The Joint venture is a collaboration between Jacobs, and Balfour Beatty to safely treat nuclear waste at Sellafield site. The JV is executed in three locations: Stockton, Warrington and Cumbria.

Come and joint the Jacobs BEP team and take on a key role

**What you will be doing**:

- Ad-hoc support to Jacobs contractors with timesheets and expenses
- Coordinating the onboarding of new Jacobs recruits onto the BEP JV
- Point of contact with external resource providers Linx
- Updating and maintaining the Jacobs resource tool
- Workforce planning
- Raising requisitions
- Provide administrative support to D&RS Managers as required (eg arranging meetings, diary support, taking notes at meetings and updating action trackers
- Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
- Build effective relationships with BEPDT JV
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
