**Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk**

**Bridgwater, Somerset**

Job Solutions Ltd are delighted to be assisting a new client with their recruitment for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 14:00. Salary £25000.00 Pro Rata.

**Daily duties will include:

- **
- Processing purchase invoices
- Liaising with internal purchasing team to resolve any invoice queries
- Complete and accurate filing
- Prepare weekly payment proposals for review with account management
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist with expense claim review and processing
- Other purchase ledger duties as required
- Experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable
- Planning, organisation and task management skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with all organisational levels
- Self motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team
