We have a 20 hour post over 4 half days to join our reception team between both our sites; Peverell Park Surgery and University Medical Centre.

You will need to be confident in call-handing and face to face contact. The post-holder will be fully trained in care navigation but will require a proven work history in a high level customer service background ideally within the NHS. We are looking for someone who is motivated, passionate about improving patient care and has the ability to work well within a family friendly team. One of these innovations is care navigation, as a receptionist/care advisor you will be the first point of contact for patients, directing them to the appropriate person suitable for their need.

As a care advisor your main role will be to signpost patients to correct services, giving information and guidance to a range of local services and data entry into clinical system and face to face patient contact.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
