**REPORTS TO**: STORE MANAGER

**JOB MISSION**: TO ASSIST THE STORE MANAGER IN CONTROLLING AND MANAGING ALL ASPECTS OF THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS AND TO ENSURE THE GENERAL EFFECTIVE RUNNING OF THE STORE. TO GUARANTEE ALL OPERATIONS GUIDELINES ARE RIGIDLY FOLLOWED.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**ADMINISTRATION DUTIES**:

- ENSURES ADMINISTRATION PROCEDURES AND TIMING ARE RESPECTED.
- DEALS WITH STORE ACCOUNTANCY RECURRING AUDITS.
- ENSURES THAT ALL STAFF DOCUMENTS ARE RIGHTLY FILED.
- KEEPS RECORDS OF HOLIDAYS, SICK DAYS, NEW STARTERS AND LEAVERS.
- CHECKS AND KEEPS TRACK OF INVOICES.
- OPENS AND DISTRIBUTES THE DAILY POST.
- ANSWERS THE PHONE AND CHECKS E-MAILS.
- ORDERS AND MONITORS STATIONERY SUPPLIES. BUDGET AND TARGET ACHIEVEMENT:

- S/HE IS CONSTANTLY UP-TO-DATE REGARDING STORE SALES PROGRESS AND ASSISTS THE STORE MANAGER IN MONITORING KPI AND SALES/CRM REPORTS.
- KEEPS THE STAFF INFORMED REGARDING STORE PERFORMANCE AND SALES OBJECTIVES. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

- SUPPORTS THE STORE MANAGER IN CREATING AND MAINTAINING A MOTIVATED AND HAPPY WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
- TRAINS STAFF ON IT SYSTEMS (RETAIL PRO).
- DEPUTIZES FOR THE STORE MANAGER AND THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER IN THEIR ABSENCE.

**SELLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ACTIVITIES**:

- DEALS WITH OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE STORE.
- S/HE’S CONSTANTLY AIMED AT SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER.
- ASSISTS DEPARTMENT MANAGER IN MANAGING ALL DELICATE SITUATIONS REGARDING SALES ACTIVITIES OR AFTER SALES (BOUTIQUE RETURNS, END OF SEASON, CUSTOMER RETURNS, REPAIRS, COMPLAINTS). ENSURES THE RESPECT OF COMPANY PROCEDURES REGARDING SALES AND AFTER SALES PROCESSES AND ALSO CONTINUOUSLY DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION ABOUT HQ GUIDELINES.
- PREPARES E-MAILS AND PAPERWORK FOR ALL AFTER SALES ACTIVITIES.
- PREPARES E-MAILS AND PAPERWORK FOR END OF SEASON RETURNS.
- HELPS ON SALES FLOOR AS A CASHIER WHEN THE STORE IS BUSY OR WHEN NECESSARY. CRM:

- ENSURES THE PROPER MANAGEMENT OF CRM DATABASE AND GUARANTEES COMPANY GUIDELINES ARE FOLLOWED.
- ENSURES THAT ALL CRM/CLIENTS DOCUMENTS ARE RIGHTLY FILED.

**PRODUCT HANDLING**:

- ENSURES ALL STOCKROOM PROCEDURES (DELIVERY, HANDLING AND MANAGEMENT) ARE RIGIDLY FOLLOWED.
- GUARANTEES ALL THE NECESSARY MEASURES FOR THE SAFETY OF VALUABLE PRODUCTS, MATERIALS AND FURNISHINGS IN BOTH SALES FLOOR AND STOCKROOM.

**STORE OPERATIONS**:

- GUARANTEES STORE MAINTENANCE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE FURNISHINGS, MACHINERIES AND ALL STORE TOOLS AS EFFICIENT AS POSSIBLE.
- SUPERVISES ALL RELEVANT MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES; LIAISES WITH AND UTILIZES SUPPORT FROM SUPPLIERS OR OTHER PARTNERS AS REQUIRED.
- MANAGES CASH AND PAYMENT SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY PROCEDURES AND POLICIES.

**HOUSEKEEPING**:

- ENSURES ALL HOUSEKEEPING PROCEDURES (ORDER AND CLEANING OF STORE AND FURNISHINGS) ARE RIGIDLY FOLLOWED.
- GUARANTEES THE FULL TRANSFER OF GUIDELINES, INFORMATION AND UPDATES TO STAFF.
