This is a multifaceted role, where you will handle incoming calls, dealing with query resolution and renewal queries. You will also guide existing customers by answering any questions they may have regarding their insurance policy. You will also get involvedin providing quotations, and setting up new insurance policies.

It’s important for this role that you can bring some previous experience of customer service. Ideally you will need to have experience in handling inbound queries, and enjoy being able to help customers with any necessary information they need. Any experiencegained within the general insurance sector or a regulated environment would be an advantage. Excellent communication, questioning and listening skills are essential.

You can expect a competitive salary with excellent bonus potential which is uncapped. The company also provides an excellent training and induction programme.
