**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordination and management of the payroll process for the organization and its clients
Calculate, check and audit weekly/monthly payrolls to ensure legislative compliance and deliver a high standard of payroll service
- Training and development of new Payroll Clerks/Administrators to ensure they are clear on their duties and are aware of different scenarios that may arise with clients’ payrolls
- Working with spreadsheets and confidential data on a daily basis to ensure fast and efficient processing of clients’ payroll and allowing other members of the team to be clear on what needs to be done on a daily basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-years Payroll experience
- Sufficient experience with any Payroll software
- Extensive knowledge of rules and regulations as well as awareness of current Payroll agendas
Strong attention to detail
- Desire for personal and professional development
- Confidence to convey Payroll knowledge to clients in a clear and concise manner
