**Reed Accountancy and Finance**are working with an enterprising company in the heart of Norwich to recruit a permanent and full-time **purchaser ledger clerk**to work with their talented Finance team.

The**purchase ledger clerk**will be integrated into an exciting and forward-thinking enterprise which would suit anyone with experience, equally anyone who is looking to excel their career in Accountancy and Finance.

The **purchase ledger clerk** position itself entails the following:

- Downloading & posting of all supplier invoices onto the accounting system in a timely manner.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Prepare payment of weekly BACs for authorization within suppliers’ agreed terms.
- Regular maintenance of Purchase Ledger accounts on the accounting software.
- Reconcile company credit card statement monthly matching receipts for posting onto system.
- Review and amend employee expenses claim forms with receipts and to reimburse weekly, coding to relevant expense nominal code.
- To provide assistance to payroll department; complete new starter files ensuring personal documents are copied and filed and are kept up to date.
- Provide general assistance and support for all other members of the accounts team.
- To deal with suppliers’ queries regarding payment of accounts.
