**INDEPENDENT WITNEY-BASED LETTING AGENT SEEKS PART-TIME PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OFFICER**

AS THE PROPERTY PORTFOLIO OF THIS AGENT CONTINUES TO GROW, THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL JOIN THE EXISTING TEAM IN FURTHER DEVELOPING THE BUSINESS.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE PREPARED TO WORK 20 HOURS PER WEEK OVER EITHER FOUR OR FIVE DAYS. FURTHER HOURS WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING STAFF HOLIDAYS.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT SOMEONE FLEXIBLE WHO IS SEEKING AN INTERESTING AND VARIED POSITION IN A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

- ORGANISING ALL ASPECTS OF MAINTENANCE AT OUR PROPERTIES
- BOOKING INVENTORIES AND CHECK-OUTS
- CROSS REFERENCING INVENTORY AND CHECK OUT REPORTS
- CARRYING OUT PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
- KEEPING DETAILED RECORDS OF QUOTES
- LIAISING WITH LANDLORDS, TENANTS AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTORS
- ORGANISING AND MONITORING COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LEGISLATION
- OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AS REQUIRED

TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:

- A SMART APPEARANCE
- A FULL DRIVING LICENCE
- GOOD WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF IT - MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL, ETC
- SOME PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

STARTING SALARY - £15 PER HOUR

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Witney, OX28 6BL (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Witney, OX28 6BL: Relocate before starting work (required)
