Salary (including ‘pro rata’ - if required): £26,232 - £29.433 per annum

Join the ICT Digital Delivery Team and help to deliver exciting digital transformation to both Norfolk and Suffolk constabularies. You’ll be supporting our team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to help turn ideas into actual systems and solutions, improving existing processes and finding new ways of working to deliver benefits to the forces and transforming and mobilising our frontline officers.

**What’s involved**

The role of ICT Project Support involves:

- Dealing with the day to day administration of projects, from managing project calendars to receiving, collating, and distributing programme and project information.
- Organising and supporting meetings, project boards, and workshops through the preparation of documents and recording of minutes and actions.
- Accurately producing documents, reports and presentation material to assist in the delivery of the change programme.
- Providing support to members of the ICT Digital Delivery project teams including contribution to research and analysis.
- Ensuring key reporting timelines are updated in line with project and programme dates.

**It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria**:

- Experience of or good knowledge of working within a programme/project management environment, including attention to detail and ensuring transparency of the process.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, in particular; Word, Excel and Visio.
- The ability to demonstrate highly competent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with officers and staff at all levels.
- The capability to manage own workload to include multiple priorities across a range of tasks, with demonstrable experience of working to agreed timescales.
- Proven ability to research and accurately compose documents/presentations and make recommendations.
- The capacity to operate within a sensitive/ confidential environment, maintaining integrity and professionalism at all times.
- An ability to travel between Norfolk and Suffolk.
