We are excited to advertise an MHST administrator post in our Mental Health Support Team at Wood Street Health Centre. We will be looking for experienced administrators to work with the newly transformed mental health team to facilitate the smooth running of the service and develop the role in a busy office environment.

As identified in the job description
- Good level of administration/customer care
- Experience of the RIO system although training can be provided

We are looking for a good administrator who is flexible, able to work under pressure and on their own initiative as well as being a team player.

The team processes referrals for Community Heath Services and hospitals. Clients will phone through asking for help, sometimes this can be distressful.

Probationary Period

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.

High Cost Area Supplement - London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,108 and a maximum payment of £5,177 per annum pro rata).
