You have a thorough understanding of validation and quality control testing of antibodies including experimental design and the ability to compare protocols and troubleshoot experimental design. You are able to manage multiple projects and the desire to work as a bridge between scientific labs and commercial teams. It goes without saying that you will be comfortable with new software tools and new platforms.
