**Job Title**: Payroll Administrator

**Location**: Magherafelt area

**Salary**:Circa £28-30,000 depending on experience.

**Position Overview**: As Payroll Administrator, you will support all payroll operations. Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization and work alongside experienced professionals in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing payroll for employees, including data entry, calculations, and verification of timesheets
- Processing subcontractor orders
- Allocating subcontractors invoices to jobs for approval
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, deductions, and withholdings
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare payroll reports and assist in generating payroll-related documents
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in payroll administration or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
