**Your new role**The job function is to work within the retailer's HQ liaising with their operational, quality and buying teams to help maintain & develop relationships between the company and the retailer
- Being the lead focal point for queries from the retailer's head office staff
- Working with both company and the retailer systems.
- Fielding enquiries, progress chasing and general assistance to the Buying and Technical teams
- Working with Account Manager and Technical colleagues to help the retailer with areas of product quality and standards
- Participate in and facilitate communication between the retailer and the wider company network to ensure key projects and programmes are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Updating and reviewing test schedules and quality specifications and introducing best working practices
- Produces reports on KPIs and highlights any trends and recommends areas to deliver continuous improvement - in a timely manner
- Facilitating Testing and Inspection requests and bookings
- Dealing with requests for information in a timely manner from the retailer and company colleagues by acting as a central point of contact
- Promoting company services and all best practices possible within the retailer's team
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Strong IT literacy skills - Microsoft office and systems/reporting tools - A laptop and mobile phone will be provided
- Strong Administrational Skills
- Driven and energised - can work independently
- Can provide evidence of working in a fast-paced working environment
- Demonstrates a high level of personal organisation and time management to ensure deadlines are met
- Knows when and how to communicate clearly at different levels of seniority
- Driver's license and access to their own car
- Experience of têxtiles/Toys etc would be an advantage
- Experience of TIC industry or working within retailer is beneficial but not essential
