Cyber-Duck is a specialist digital transformation agency that works with brands such as Sport England, College of Policing and Bosch.**Your manager**:

- You will report into the Client Services Director.**Where you’ll be based**:

- We are hybrid. Typically, the Growth Team meet-up weekly in our Elstree office. In addition to that, we hold regular team and company meetings at either our Elstree HQ or Holborn office, or virtually. You may also be asked to attend client facing meetings off-site, when appropriate.**What you’ll do**:

- Serve as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for the Client Services Team, providing timely responses to all enquiries
- Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
- Partner with the Client Services Team to help organise and attend planning meetings as needed
- Partner with the New Business Team to support tender responses and pitches as needed
- Support the development of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities
- Work with the Client Services team to manage and maintain key account plans
- Assist with Growth Team events throughout the year
- Additional duties as required

- Experience of working within an agency (either as a placement or in a previous role) would be an advantage

- Someone who’s not afraid to work collaboratively within a team
- A problem solver

**Desirable skills & experience**:

- Experience in an agency environment is preferable
- Experience within the Digital Sector would be an advantage
- Experience of working within a SME, challenger agency or start-up environment
- Strong administrative skills
