Transformation Services are being implemented across all of the GP Services across Birmingham, embedding Mental Health Services into each surgery, providing easier access to Mental Health Services for Children and Young people and their families
We offer generous supervision arrangements including both peer/individual and support from a vast and varied Multi-Agency Team. we work closely together offering high levels of experience and expertise, within a friendly and professional atmosphere. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated addition to the team who can help us on our journey to offering outstanding care for young people and families within the Solihull Borough.
