Do you have previous experience from working as a caretaker, fabric engineer or maintenance specialist and are ready to dig into the challenge of a growing business? We are looking to welcome a Caretaker who can help us on our mission to provide _Friendly Homes._

This comeswith the opportunity to help be part of implementing routines and processes from scratch, but of course with the challenge of working in an environment where resourcefulness is a key competence.

**Your work would include**providing day-to-day swift and Friendly service to our customers through troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance inside apartments and properties. You **Care**for outdoor and indoor environment and common areas, and perform work such as gardening, painting, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry and other tasks that is required to deliver on the service requests.

Routine compliance tasks such as fire alarm tests, water run offs and other inspections is another important part of your work, which also includes responding to emergencies such as fire alarms, leaks or blocked drains etc. We want to offer our customersthe icing on the cake, making it important for us to build strong relations and **Share**relevant information with them when needed and provide that extra bit of effort.

As we are a start-up in the UK, there will be multiple other things that we will need your help with and your input and ideas on how we can improve the quality of life for our customers will be crucial for us, and your participation in our tenant focusedinitiatives will be much needed.

Core hours are Monday to Friday, some flexible working may be required to meet customer needs (weekends, evenings etc) or for the emergency call out rota.

**Professional qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of residential and/or commercial real estate maintenance experience, preferably within residential
- Vocational training within maintenance or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity and experience with UK compliance regulations including fire safety, water hygiene etc. IOSH certification is meriting
- Fluent in verbal and written English (additional languages are highly meriting as our customers are from all corners of the world)
- Driver's license
- Computer literate
