Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for caretaker for a immediate start in Birmingham

**Job Specification**:

- Undertaking general caretaking duties, which include but are not limited to: porter services, reactive cleaning, general maintenance (changing lamps, replacement ceiling tiles) and carrying out of Planned Maintenance activities.
- Carry out opening / closing of the building.
- Undertaking and recording statutory and mandatory planned maintenance duties.
- You will be required to use a computer, mobile phone and technical equipment.
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities required.
- Shifts 06:00 - 14:00 / 11:00 - 19:00 on rotation.
- £11.42 per hour paid on a weekly basis.

**Qualifications or Required Experience**:

- General caretaking experience.
- Have a proven track record of practical maintenance skills.
- Must have a ENHANCED DBS certificate.
