Call Centre Administrator

Reed are currently working with a client based in Eltham South East London with a requirement for 2 x Call Centre Administrators to join their team on a temporary basis starting asap until end of March with a possible extension.
This role does have a 4-week rolling rota - 8.30am till 2pm / 2pm till 6pm and working 1 in 4 Saturdays - 8.30am till 2pm / 2pm till 6pm
- Check number of calls in each client list, advise call centre Team Leaders to enable them to allocate staff to calls.
- Check inbound referrals.
- Make outbound referrals for Food bank and Fuel top ups.
- Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Inputting all patient data onto CRM system.
- Escalating calls appropriately.
- Supporting call centre team.
- Work and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to call centre Team Leaders.
- Ensure a high level of customer care and quality service.
- Prioritise and be able to work on your own initiative, have strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion and integrity.
Skills & Experience -- A good standard of general education/qualifications.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be computer literate.
- Customer service experience.
- Be patient focused.
- Previous call handling experience in a call centre environment advantageous.
