The Product Platforms & Sustainable Solutions (PPSS) Team is responsible for the product management activities related to investment products in scope of PPSS globally.
The Alternatives team, within the PPSS group of International Private Bank (IPB) is responsible for
building and developing an alternatives proposition for a broad range of private clients globally.
You will manage all in-scope products within the region, working with regional Advisory & Services (A&S) and the Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

**Your key responsibilities**
- Building, developing and maintaining relationships with external alternative investment fund managers and partnering with them to distribute solutions to a global client network across (Ultra) High Net Worth, Corporate and Retail clients, focusing initially on private markets
- Leading along with the alternatives product management team to design and engage managers on new launches across European Long Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs), Fund-of-Funds, Feeder funds and referral models and working with a range of stakeholders including A&S, research and legal
- Building, managing and curating an alternative investment pipeline of products as part of the overall alternative investment strategy and develop this in-line with CIO and advisory and sales teams as part of broader product offering
- Leading the decision making forum for new launches presenting investment opportunities to the Alternatives Steering Group through written and oral presentations
- Representing Deutsche Bank as the main day-to-day touchpoint to external alterative investment managers to position our platform, share our insights and showcase Deutsche Bank’s capabilities in the alternatives space
**Your skills and experience**
- Relevant experience in the alternatives investment industry in a senior fund selection role in asset or wealth management. Prior private markets manager selection, investor relations, private banking or capital markets experience an asset
- Strong interest in markets, asset management, and understanding of traditional and alternative asset classes with a track record of decision making in the alternative investment universe
- Understanding the needs of private clients, their segmentation and agility to anticipate market developments and their impact on clients
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to manage lean team, with experience navigating large complex financial organisations with multiple stakeholders
- Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to operate and influence across multiple stakeholders
