Our client is a highly successful multi branch independent estate agent who have a fantastic reputation for providing first class customer service. They are now seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Liverpool.

You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for all aspects of lettings negotiation, arranging viewings, agreeing lets and seeing the transaction through to move in. They are looking for a team player with excellentverbal and written communication skills.

Our client requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a target driven environment and is passionate about property

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Sourcing and advertising new properties
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Negotiating lets
- Arranging valuations
- Completing reference checks
- Assisting with tenant move-ins
- Annual rent reviews
- Tenancy agreement renewals
- Generating new business
- Working closely with the property management team

Previous lettings experience is preferred but not essential, as they are happy to provide training for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with selling skills and excellent customer service.

Our client is offering a generous basic salary of £19,500-£22,000, plus uncapped commission.

A full UK driving license and your own vehicle is essential.
