Our Customer Services Department is responsible for communicating with our customers as clearly and effectively as possible, answering their queries and providing excellent customer service to ensure that their needs are continued to be met.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Maintaining and updating customer accounts on our system
- Managing courier claims and replacement orders
- Organising refunds and product return
- Liaising with other departments within the company where necessary

**What skills are required?**
- Ability to manage workload
- Problem solving skills are vital
- Empathy and understanding when talking to customers
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask

**What do CareCo offer you?**
- £23,000 basic salary, with the possibility of it increasing to £26,000
- Full-time hours - 5-day working week that includes weekend work and may include bank holiday work
