I am working with a charitable organisation based in Ashford who are looking to hire a HR Administrator to join their existing HR team.

The purpose of the HR Administrator is to ensure HR related queries are answered and dealt with appropriately whilst supporting the HR Manager.

Day to day duties of the HR Administrator include:

- Preparing HR documents
- Assist the HR Manager with the recruitment and selection process for all new employees
- Liaison with recruiting managers and other internal stakeholders to co-ordinate interviews
- Liaison with recruitment agencies
- Comprehensive pre-employment checks that meet the requirements of the latest regulations and statutory
- Liaison with managers to ensure that new employees have a positive experience on their start date
- New starter inductions
- Providing staff who leave with their exit interviews
- Liaise closely with payroll
- Carry out HR Audits

Skills and experience required for the HR Administrator include:

- Previous experience in HR Administrator
- Experience working in recruitment process
- CIPD Qualifications or willingness to work towards
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to work well under pressure

Extras for the HR Administrator include:

- Full time permanent role, 37 hours per week
- Salary £22,221- £24,646 depending on experience
- Due to the location you must be a driver
