- +447458160110- Due to continued success and an upcoming maternity absence, our leading, award winning Belfast based Client wishes to appoint an experienced Head of HR Operations. Our Client is a well established employer with an impressive brand portfolio and multiple sites.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, senior HR Operations Manager job, heading up a growing, shared services, HR operations team.

The successful Head of HR Operations will report to the Director of HR, and be responsible for an exceptional HR Shared Service across the Group, ensuring the effective delivery of HR processes and services, and ensuring the team are working to defined SLAs.

The Head of HR Operations will oversee the service delivery and be heavily involved in process improvement, communication projects, setting and implementing new procedures and SLAs and ensuring the team hit their KPIs.

HR transformation, process improvement and relationship development and engagement are key elements in the role.

This is a unique, senior Head of HR Operations fixed term contract opportunity which requires previous experience of working in a shared services.

**The Role**:

- Reporting to the HR Director, managing a busy HR Operations Shared Services team
- Manage all HR operational activities and ensure the effective delivery of the HR processes
- Manage the HR Operations team to delivery all people systems and services, payroll, reward training and benefits process.
- Ensure appropriate performance review, development and succession management systems are operating effectively
- Lead the team by example and ensure effective communication and support
- Oversee the analysis, maintenance and submission of information and records
- Oversee the production of KPIs
- Support the HR transformation, setting a clear vision for the HR Operations team
- Work with the Leadership teams to develop the HR Operations architecture and infrastructure to ensure processes are standardised and work in a way that adds value and delivers best practice service across the Group
- Lead the definition of new HR reporting requirements and develop appropriate SLAs for delivery
- Continuous development and identification of additional service offerings or opportunities for improvement

**The Person**:

- 3rd level degree qualification
- Proven track record in leading an HR Shared Services team in a fast paced environment
- Strong project management skills and success in process design/redesign
- Experience of reviewing, redesigning and implementing HR Shared Services for a multi-site and multi geography organisation
- Experience managing and motivation a team to deliver exceptional performance and service
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation for UK and ROI
- Strong influencing skills
- CIPD qualified, desirable
