**Hours**: 37.5 hours a week

**Salary**: £22,387.61 per annum

**Based at**: Neath Port Talbot

**Role Purpose**:
To provide interventions for parents/carers who use substances and have children aged under 18 years old. The post holder will receive referrals from the single assessment service, carry out assessment reviews, develop and review care plans and contribute to a holistic package of care for the whole family. The aim is to improve relationships and outcomes for the family by providing support, working closely with all other organisations involved.
