Sales Administrator

We are looking to recruit a confident and experienced Office Professional to join our small and friendly team. The Sales Administrators' duties will include overseeing the sales and operational functions of the business and maintaining the day-to-day administration duties.
The purpose of this role is to support both the factory and office teams whilst meeting, and exceeding, the expectations of our worldwide customer base through exceptional customer service and awareness.
A full handover will be completed with the current Sales Executive. Must be available for training in March.
**Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders and creating invoices
- Arrange courier services
- Drive the sales budget
- Prepare orders for sub-contractors
- Purchase orders of scheduled and general, ad-hoc requirements
- Implement new processes to aid efficiency
- Update Health & Safety reports/plans/training as & when necessary
- Upkeep of details on computer systems and website
- Maximise the use of the stock management system (Cim50)
- Data entry of stock levels and yearly stocktake information
- Administrative tasks
- Communicate and cooperate with Directors and co-workers
**Skills/Requirements**
- IT and Microsoft Office experience essential
- Sage 50 & Cim50 experience desirable
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- A team player
- Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
