We have an exciting opportunity to join DDC OS as a Sales Administrator. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, you will provide support to the wider Sales & Marketing team.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm - 37.5 hours per week.

This is a home-based role with frequent travel to our offices based in Worksop, Corby, Birmingham & Sheffield, along with travel to our clients which may include limited international travel. It’s desirable that you are based within a commutable distance of one of our offices, but this is not essential.

**We will give you**:

- A starting salary of £24,000-£26,000 dependent on experience
- 28 days holiday per year, with more days earned for continued service

- Enrolment to a contributory pension scheme (starts after 3 months)

**Responsibilities**
- As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of new sales and new business activity which will include the following:_
- Maintain the internal sales CRM, ensuring the sales pipeline management process is being adhered to
- Regular reporting on the sales pipeline and new business activity
- Maintenance of the Sales & Marketing SharePoint
- Supporting the administration and creation of bid management
- Qualifying and assisting new business sales enquiries and handing them over to the relevant Business Development Manager
- Support with lead generation by converting MQL’s (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQL’s (Sales Qualified Leads)
- Understand varying requirements of customers and offer initial sales support, working collaboratively with the relevant Business Development Manager
- Work closely with marketing to ensure all sales content is relevant and meets the requirements of the Sales Team
- Work alongside the wider team to support event management from a sales perspective
- Manage your time effectively to complete workload and meet deadlines
- Create, maintain and promote a productive and supportive relationship with all colleagues
- General administrative tasks for the Sales & Marketing Team

**What do you need?**
- At least 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in sales administration)
- You must have excellent organisations and time management skills
- The ability to create and maintain accurate and accessible documentation
- Able to analyse results, identify and explain variance from targets
- Comfortable working towards KPI’s
- Previous experience of using a CRM system, preferably Hubspot
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You will be able to identify future business opportunities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
- A proficient user of IT systems with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience of working in a Contact centre or BPO environment would be an advantage
