Bath Rugby is an English professional rugby union club, based in the city of Bath, and playing in the Gallagher Premiership League, one of the top tiers of English rugby. Established in 1865, they play home games at The Recreational Ground known as ‘The Rec’.
We are offering the exciting opportunity for a student to join our Creative team as part on their professional placement year as part of an undergraduate degree.
Reporting to: Creative Manager
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
Role commences: August/ September 2024
**Core purpose**:
- Support the Bath Rugby team to create and distribute high-quality creative output to ensure the wider Marketing plan is achieved.
- To develop creative skills in the workplace to assist undergraduate degree.
**Core responsibilities**:
- Assist with creation of high-quality Bath Rugby creative (graphic and video).
- Assist with filming, editing and production of high-quality Bath Rugby video content.
- Support with compiling a commercial content plan, conceptualise themes for Bath Rugby’s commercial products (such as NextGen, Grassroots, Retail and Partnerships) which will feed into and support the wider Marketing strategy for the season.
- To assist in developing graphical assets tailored towards different requirements and supporter audience profiles.
- Collaborate with multiple departments within Bath Rugby, from players and coaches through to community team and Bath Rugby Foundation, to create a range of engaging content.
- Attend home games to support marketing and commercial activity as well as capture necessary content.
- Assist with the content creation for each matchday.
- Assist with the audit of all Bath Rugby graphical materials.
- Contribute to branded content as required by other departments within the business.
- Assist in compiling content for any events required.
- Any other duties that may arise, which are deemed relevant by Management.

Finding the right student who is passionate about creating high quality visuals is key, students should have an interest in developing their skills and understanding the impact of striking creative materials on Bath Rugby as a brand.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
