We are seeking a full-time receptionist at our Anthistle Craven office, an accountancy firm in the centre of Buckingham.

We are part of the Xeinadin Group, which offer business advisory and accountancy services in over 135 locations across the UK and Ireland.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the purpose of the receptionist role is to provide first-class customer service to our clients both face to face and on the telephone.

The role is a key front-of-house position and involves typing letters for senior staff, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, ordering office supplies, outbound and inbound telephone calls, greeting visitors as well as supporting the general office administration.

**This role could be a great route into a professional office environment for someone who has just left school**. Full training will be provided and there is scope to develop the role further in the future, with the possibility of taking on payroll and/or bookkeeping responsibilities.

They should have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise workloads effectively, have excellent telephone skills, and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff. They should be reliable, dependable and willing to 'pitch in' at all times.

**The reception duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person
- Take telephone messages and pass on in a timely fashion
- Make outbound calls to clients when required
- Assist and direct all customers and visitors to the office
- Scan and distribute incoming post daily
- Prepare outgoing post daily
- Deal with banking
- Take card payments
- General office duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Manage office diary
- Order office supplies
- Dictations and typing for Client Partners/Managers
- General administration
- Update templates and documents
- Any other administrative task as requested by a manager
- Provide refreshments for clients visiting the office

The hours for the role are 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, with a 45-minute break for lunch.
