Hotel Receptionist

Villiers Hotel is a spectacular 18th Century 49-bedroom hotel situated in the heart of the historic market town of Buckingham. Villiers has undergone a major refurbishment to all front of house areas and The Old Town Hall which provides all the meeting, serviced offices and function space.

We are looking for a dynamic **Hotel Receptionist** to join our Team. As Hotel Receptionist you will be responsible for offering a welcoming and seamless check in/check-out experience, manage incoming calls for bookings or general enquiries and promote the hotel’s facilities and services in a positive way optimising every opportunity. Shifts are either 7am to 3pm **OR** 3pm to 11pm. To include weekend working on a rota basis.

As Hotel Receptionist you will need experience of working as a hotel receptionist in a similar property, have a naturally warm and engaging personality, excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in all situations. An excellent level of English both written and verbal is essential together with good knowledge of the local area. Experience in the use of **OPERA **is desirable.
