**Main activities/tasks**:
**Event Project Management**
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle of medical meetings with less than 30 attendees. This includes everything from planning and setup to execution and wrap-up.
- You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth logistics, adherence to compliance guidelines, and effective communication with participants.
- Additionally, you will play a key role in budget reconciliation and contribute to the overall review of annual medical activity plans.
**Educational grant and consultancy management**:
- As part of Educational Grant and Consultancy Management, you will work with the team to gather vital documentation for submission. You will also provide guidance to requesters regarding local Healthcare Compliance (HCC) requirements.
**Healthcare Compliance tasks**:
- You will ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies across all activities. This includes managing compliance aspects such as cross-border regulations, meeting reconciliation, and preparing audit-ready documentation.
- Additionally, you will coordinate the disclosure of transfer of value (ToV) in accordance with regulations.
**Budget management tasks**:
- You will oversee planning, tracking, and reporting for the therapy area budget. This involves consolidating data from various sources, aligning with finance cycles, and addressing discrepancies.
- You will also liaise with agencies on budget estimates, invoices, and reconciliations, while managing purchase order requests.
**General**:
You will foster open communication and collaboration within the EMEA Medical Affairs Team to facilitate knowledge exchange and best practice sharing. Additionally, you will actively seek out opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements within the organization.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in medical/healthcare/pharmaceutical event management
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and finance.
- Proficient in project management.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, virtual environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record cultivating and managing relationships in and outside the company.
- Ability to navigate healthcare compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in English is required, fluency in additional European Languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally, overnight stay away from home depends on the region.
