**Workshop Assistant at Sprint Design**

Due to growth and a need to respond to demand it is an exciting time for Sprint Design as we now look for an additional workshop assistant to join our team. If you are an enthusiastic and insightful worker, passionate about high standards and customer service, we want to hear from you. It would be beneficial if you had experience in retail, manufacturing or another customer focused industry but it is not essential.

Sprint Design is a family run embroidery and printing shop based in Stirling, taking orders from schools and parents for uniform for children as well as creating other tourist based items and providing workwear for local businesses.

We are looking to recruit a workshop assistant on a permanent contract (24-30 hours per week) fulfilling a variety of roles, 4 days from 7 each week. However in the months July and August we will require 5 days a week. Hours of work are 6 hours per day from 9.30am to 3.30pm each day with a 20 minute paid break.

**What does the role involve?**
- Taking orders and payments
- Working with the team to learn the trade, industry and business
- Learning the products, in particular for the schools
- Assist with sizing people
- Collating contact details
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Competent with necessary technology and social media
- Dealing with ordering, stock control and product issues
- Familiarity with all garment codes
