**VALUATION / BUILDING SURVEYOR RICS- Residential Estate Agency**

**Location:Brighton, BN1**

**Salary: OTE: £60 - £80k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced **RICS Valuation / Building Surveyor**to join a professional expanding Property Services company based in the Brighton and Sussex area.

You must be able to work independently and autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a busy and successful team.

You will be required to and undertake Commercial and Residential Property Valuations for both private clients and lenders, plus other professional work including Landlord & Tenant Act procedures and experience of working in a similar position before is essential.

Our client would also consider someone who is looking to achieve a RICS accreditation and who has the relevant qualifications and training.

**Skills: The skills required for thisValuation / Building Surveyorrole will include**:

- RICS / Registered valuer preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification preferred.
- Valuation experience in the Sussex area preferable
- Highly motivated individual
- Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
- Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requests
- Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries
- In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices
- Attention to detail/disciplined individual
- A good team player with strong analytical skills
