Chartered Surveyor (RICS) - Brighton - Salary £50K Basic + Car
On behalf of our clients we are seeking a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor to work within the Valuation Team, based in central Brighton offices.
Our clients are well-established, independent, firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, offering a comprehensive range of Agency, Letting, Property Management and Valuation services, in relation to both commercial and residential property, across Sussex.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Undertaking Commercial and Residential Valuation Reports and Lease Advisory work
- Office based primarily covering East and West Sussex
- Working as part of a team of two Directors and a Graduate Surveyor and liaising with our Property Management Department
Required Skills and Experience
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified ideally with 3 years post qualification experience.
- Ability to produce accurate and high quality valuation reports
- Local market knowledge preferred but not essential
- Understanding of regulatory requirements to include Red Book
