Cherryvale Nursery have an amazing opportunity for a Room Leader to join their team. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for the health, safety and well-being of the children in your care and you must always set a good example through your personal and professional behaviour.

You will be responsible for a designated group of children as a key person and will be allocated a group of children within your room, where you will build secure relationships with them and their families. You will support each child’s individual needs, interests, and learning whilst providing effective interaction within a fun and stimulating environment that allows them to explore & discover

In addition, you are responsible for the running of one group room supporting and coaching your team to ensure everyone delivers high quality care and education to all children within their room following the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and the company’s policies and procedures.

When joining Cherryvale Nursery you will be provided with an employee handbook and induction training to support you in your role and you will also be provided with on-the-job training from our team and the opportunity to attend our in-house training centre and work towards your future progression.
