Cherryvale Nursery who are part of the Family First Group are looking for Nursery Bank Staff to join their team on a flexible basis. This will be a 0 hour contract. Our nursery is open from 7.30am - 18:30pm and we would require you to be able to work varied shift patterns between those times.

**As Bank Staff, you will**:

- As bank staff, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care. You will be allocated a group of children within the room you are working that day working alongside and with the support of the nursery’s permanent team members.
- You will be a part of supporting each child’s individual needs, interests, and learning whilst providing effective interaction within a fun and stimulating environment that allows them to explore and discover

**As Bank Staff, you will need**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English - essential.
- Level 2 / Level 3 Childcare Qualification - desirable.
- Over 1 year’s experience of working in Early Years - desirable.
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating **- **desirable**.**

Cherryvale was established in May 1998 so celebrated an amazing 25 years last summer

The nursery boasts an impressive building which includes 5 different age group rooms, a 0-2’s sensory room, a separate imaginative area, a technology suite for the older children, an on-site kitchen for catering and 2 large separate outdoor spaces for the older and younger children.

We are close to 2 train station, Ash Vale and North Camp and there are also good bus links close by.
