Sue Ross Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Finance Admin Assistant for a 12 month FTC on behalf of our clients within the nonprofit sector. This exciting full time vacancy is due to start as soon as possible and is perfect for applicants looking to use their previous experience to work for a company who really do care about giving back.

Established almost 30 years ago, the company strive to make a genuine difference to people’s lives by providing support to over 200 independent charities. They are looking for the successful applicant to share their morals and beliefs while providing an enthusiastic, efficient and person centred approach.

Your day to day duties will include:

- Using your knowledge of Sage 200 to input a range of data.
- Check invoices from suppliers and reconciling any statements.
- Processing staff expenses
- Following up any queries with suppliers or with management
- Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll
- Maintaining any pension information and assisting with any declarations.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with any extra needs where possible.
- Use of Sage 50
- Helping out with general office duties such as answering and transferring calls, dealing with post, greeting visitors and provide cover for colleagues on holiday.
- Monitoring multiple inboxes.
- Assisting with the administration of grants.

This is a 100% office based role and although preferred our clients may consider part time applicants.
