**Our client is a well-respected manufacturing company leading in renewable energy systems. They have over 30 years’ experience within the oil and gas industries and are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their expanding team either on a permanentbasis or on a 12-month fixed-term contract.**
**Commercial Manager**
- Deliver the commercial processes which support bid management for the business (including drafting and negotiating complex contractual agreements)
- Perform risk assessment and provide appropriate advice to different department teams (Sales and Leadership)
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and documents for major business prospects and ensure agreements are in accordance with corporate policy and applicable legal requirements
- Lead the dissemination of agreements and contract close-down/exit activities
- Working collaboratively with many departments across the business
- Ensuring timely Gate 0 - Gate 2 processes and milestone achievement with Commercial, Sales and Services

**Commercial Manager**
**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required**:

- Proven experience within a commercial manager role
- Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts
- Experience within the oil & gas industry
- Confidence in drafting commercial agreements
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project) or similar
- Strong computer skills including Office 365
