We’re Game Nation, we’re the rising star operator of high street Slots Clubs. Rapidly expanding across the UK, we’re looking for talented people to join our business.

We’re currently recruiting for Supervisor for our venue in Dover, Flexibility and a passion for dealing with customers and employees is a must for this role.

As a venue supervisor you will be working as part of a team in a friendly environment that may be open 24 hours per day 7 days a week.

You will support our Venue Managers to manage a venue of full and part time team members.

**You will have a number of key responsibilities including**:

- Providing full cover for the Venue Manager in their absence
- Providing a warm welcome to every visitor, providing the best customer service experience possible
- Offering help to customers and visitors who may need assistance
- You will be friendly, professional and approachable at all times
- Help maintain a clean and tidy environment
- You will follow all health and safety procedures, including following Covid-19 processes
- Following Company’s Cash Procedures. Including handling cash and providing change to our customers
- Ensure that all cash transactions are carried out accurately and all financial transactions are recorded properly
- We operate a challenge 25 age verification policy, as part of this policy you will be responsible for checking identification
- Assist with our promotions and marketing strategy
- Be fully compliant with our licensing objectives - full training will be given.

- Be trustworthy and ethical in your approach to work with strong compliance and customer service focus.
- Have a passion for customer engagement and service, be outgoing, friendly, approachable and confident.
- Have an empathetic approach to dealing with the demands and needs of both customers and team members.
- Be computer and numerically literate with cash handling experience.
- Be able to multitask and solve problems with a degree of self-sufficiency within company policies/procedures.
- Be reliable and punctual, and as part of a team, you will need to be flexible to changing shift patterns and demands.
